We may also collect information required for Know Your Client (KYC), sanctions screening, due diligence, onboarding, and regulatory compliance, including ownership and authorization documentation. In addition, we gather technical information such as device and browser details, IP address, general location, website activity, and referral sources. Information may be obtained directly from you, your organization, public sources, and trusted third-party service providers.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to deliver, manage, and improve our services. This includes responding to inquiries, evaluating potential projects, supporting LNG export operations, and managing client and counterparty relationships. Information may also be used to conduct KYC checks, sanctions screening, regulatory verification, and other compliance and risk management activities. We maintain records to support audit, contractual, and governance requirements, including custody transfer verification and Record of Truth processes. Additionally, we use information to communicate operational updates, technical notices, industry insights, and event invitations where appropriate. Technical and usage data helps us secure our systems, prevent fraud, monitor site performance, enhance user experience, and support strategic planning, service development, and analytics through aggregated or de-identified information.
